Departure from Paris airport to Algiers then correspondence for Ghardaïa. Arrival and reception in Ghardaïa. Hotel or homestay accommodation.
Day 2
Departure in the morning and departure by plane to Timimoune, the red oasis, where we will discover Sudanese architecture. Free visit of the city, the old ksar, with its labyrinths, the palm grove and its thousand-year-old irrigation system. At the end of the afternoon, departure for Talalet where we will bivouac.
Day 3
In the morning, we will start trekking or camel trek towards Ighzer where the houses descend the cliff to the palm grove. After lunch we will head to the oasis of Tindjilet where we will set up our bivouac for the night.
Day 4
After breakfast, departure to Semouta. We will visit the traditional village then we will have lunch under the palm trees of Bor el mabrouk. Then departure to the big erg where we will bivouac in the evening.
Day 5
We will cross the high dunes of the erg to arrive at the palm grove of Oueld Saïd. We will have lunch in the gardens and return to Kali where the inhabitants will offer us hospitality in bivouacs.
Day 6
Through dunes and sebkha, we arrive at Aghlad then at Tala, a small oasis that can only be reached on foot or by camel. Bivouac on site.
Day 7
We reach Massine, our last stage where we will have lunch before going to Timimoune airport to take the flight to Algiers where we will spend the night at the hotel.
